Virtualization Administrator - Tech Solutions

We are looking for a Virtualization Administrator for one of our clients located in Spain.2.16.1.22.16.1.2

• Administer and maintain VMware virtualization environments.
• Manage and optimize vSAN infrastructures.
• Administer clusters, ensuring their availability, performance, and scalability.
• Execute installation, configuration, update, and patching tasks for virtualization platforms.
• Monitor infrastructure status and resolve advanced-level incidents.
• Perform capacity analysis and continuous improvement proposals for the platform.
• Participate in technological evolution projects, migrations, and infrastructure expansions.
• Prepare and keep updated the technical documentation of the managed environments.
• Collaborate with systems, networks, and security teams to guarantee the correct operation of services.

• Higher Level Vocational Training in IT and Communications or a university degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or similar.
• Between 3 and 5 years of experience in similar positions within the IT sector.
• At least 3 years of experience administering virtualized environments.
• Demonstrable experience in:
• Administration of VMware.
• Administration of vSAN.
• Management of clusters.

Valuable

• Experience with VMware vCloud Director and VMware Area Suite.
• VMware Certified Professional - Data Center Virtualization (VCP-DCV) certification.
• ITIL Foundation certification.
• English level B2 or higher.
