Descripción

Provide technical support, troubleshooting and resolving issues efficiently.
Manage support activities and coordinate with internal teams.
Maintain technical documentation and user guides.
Monitor service delivery and ensure client requirements are met.
Lead or support projects, managing milestones, risks and deliverables.
Implement and test data acquisition and control systems.
Gather customer requirements and support solution design.
Drive service improvements and provide technical support for client engagements and business growth.
