The Finance Business Partner Iberia is a key role in the Finance organization providing data-led insights to advise senior business leaders. They also play a critical role in managing the day-to-day finance operations working closely with business.
The candidate should have leadership qualities and charisma to act on behalf of the CFO deputy in front of the leadership team. They should be able to navigate a complex internal structure and have a proven record of driving value-creation activities through commercial and technical finance activities.

Analysis of business trends using all internal analytics tools and methodologies and providing recommendations to drive actions.
Effective coordination across C&W including, Legal, HR, and other functions.
Transformation champion in the ever-changing technology landscape, as well as coaching the finance teams and business stakeholders.
