As an Engineering Consultant at Michael Page, you will act as a 360º consultant, combining client acquisition and development with the identification and management of specialized talent.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Develop and manage a client portfolio within the Industrial, Engineering, Energy, Construction, and Manufacturing sectors.
• Identify new business opportunities, acquire clients, and build long-term collaborations.
• Advise clients on market trends, salary structures, talent availability, and hiring strategies.
• Manage end-to-end specialized recruitment processes for technical, middle management, and executive positions.
• Identify, attract, and evaluate candidates.
• Present candidates to clients, coordinate interviews, and support both parties throughout the entire process.
• Negotiate offers, manage onboarding, and ensure excellent management of both clients and candidates.
• Build a strong network of professionals and companies within your specialty, becoming a market reference.

Como Consultor/a de Ingenieros en Michael Page actuarás como un consultor 360º, combinando la captación y desarrollo de clientes con la identificación y gestión de talento especializado.

Tus principales responsabilidades serán:

• Desarrollar y gestionar una cartera de clientes dentro de los sectores Industrial, Ingeniería, Energía, Construcción y Manufacturing.
• Identificar nuevas oportunidades de negocio, captar clientes y generar colaboraciones a largo plazo.
• Asesorar a clientes sobre tendencias de mercado, estructuras salariales, disponibilidad de talento y estrategias de contratación.
• Gestionar procesos de selección especializados de principio a fin para posiciones técnicas, mandos intermedios y directivas.
• Identificar, atraer y evaluar candidatos.
• Presentar candidatos a clientes, coordinar entrevistas y acompañar a ambas partes durante todo el proceso.
• Negociar ofertas, gestionar incorporaciones y garantizar una buena gestión tanto de clientes como de candidatos.
• Construir una red sólida de profesionales y empresas dentro de tu especialidad, convirtiéndote en un referente del mercado.
