We are looking for a Country Manager to lead the commercial strategy and sales team of a business unit across Iberia. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving profitable growth, managing key accounts, and ensuring the achievement of revenue and profitability targets.
- Design and execute the commercial approach for the designated market area.
- Create business development plans and ensure their effective delivery.
- Determine pricing strategies, sales projections, and performance objectives.
- Take ownership of revenue growth and profit generation for the business unit.
- Oversee customer payment compliance and contribute to sound credit control practices.
- Build, strengthen, and maintain long-lasting partnerships with strategic clients.
- Plan customer meetings and lead negotiations of key commercial contracts.
- Ensure accurate use of CRM tools and uphold high standards of data quality.
- Manage, coach, and inspire the sales team to achieve outstanding results.
- Assist the team in handling complex customer discussions and resolving critical issues.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent higher education qualification.
- At least five years of experience in commercial or business development roles.
- Solid understanding of sales methodologies, commercial processes, and business development tools.
- Proven track record in developing go-to-market strategies and evaluating business performance.
- Strong commercial acumen with a clear focus on achieving growth and profitability objectives.
- Ability to lead, mentor, and influence teams while fostering professional development.
- Analytical and pragmatic mindset, with strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Previous exposure to international organizations and multicultural business environments is a plus.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel regularly across the assigned territory.
