The role

Engineer with experience in electrical and industrial project management to lead operations in Aragón, coordinating teams, resources, and strategic projects with technical and economic responsibility.

Technical feasibility analysis

What you'll do

Plan, coordinate, and supervise industrial installation and maintenance projects, guaranteeing compliance with deadlines, quality, and profitability.

Manage internal teams and subcontractors, leading the organization of human and technical resources to ensure the correct execution of projects.

Perform technical and economic monitoring of works, participating in the feasibility analysis, design, and dimensioning of electrical and industrial installations.

Drive the continuous improvement of operational processes, identifying opportunities to increase efficiency, productivity, and service quality.

Who are we looking for (M/F/D)?

The selected candidate must meet the following requirements:

Engineering degree, preferably in the Electrical branch.

Minimum of 5 years of experience managing electrical or industrial installation projects, coordinating technical teams and resources in demanding environments.

Knowledge of installation design and calculation, AutoCAD, and IT management tools.

Profile with leadership capacity, results orientation, planning skills, and experience managing several projects simultaneously, with a focus on continuous improvement and process optimization.
