We are looking for a Financial Director for a distribution sector company based in the Canary Islands with significant international activity. The selected person will lead the finance department, manage a team of four people, and play a key role in the financial strategy and organization of the business.

• Experience as a Financial Director managing teams and with autonomy.
• B2 level of English and experience in international environments.

• Lead and supervise the company's financial function, ensuring the proper management and control of all financial areas.
• Manage and develop a team of 4 people.
• Supervise accounting, management control, treasury, and financial reporting processes.
• Manage relationships with national and international banking entities, suppliers, and financial partners.
• Coordinate operations in different currencies and ensure adequate management of associated financial risks.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial analyses to support strategic decision-making.
• Implement improvements in financial processes, reinforcing internal control and operational efficiency.
• Provide reliable and high-quality financial information to the General Management.
• Develop a solid financial structure that guarantees the autonomy and scalability of the business.
• Actively participate in the company's growth and expansion projects.

The ideal candidate must meet the following requirements:

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or similar.
• Residence in the Canary Islands or availability to relocate.
• Previous experience as a Financial Director, Finance Manager, or equivalent position with team leadership.
• Solid experience in accounting, management control, treasury, and financial planning.
• Experience in international environments with management of operations in different currencies.
• Experience in relationships with banks, suppliers, and other external financial interlocutors.
• B2 level of English, with the ability to operate in an international professional environment.
• Organizational, leadership, and process improvement skills.
• Autonomous profile, business-oriented, and with the ability to assume a high level of responsibility.
