What you'll do

The Distribution Director EMEA will be responsible for leading the commercial distribution strategy for all hotels in the region, ensuring maximum profitability and channel optimization. Key responsibilities include:

  • Defining and executing the regional distribution strategy aligned with global objectives.
  • Identifying growth opportunities through new distribution channels or models (direct, indirect, B2B, B2C).
  • Analyzing channel profitability and proposing performance optimization initiatives.
  • Managing key relationships with OTAs, GDS, wholesalers, metasearch engines, and other strategic players in the distribution chain.

  • Working cross-functionally with the Sales, Marketing, Revenue Management, E-commerce, and Technology departments.
  • Ensuring the proper integration and operation of CRS, PMS, Channel Manager, booking engine, and other technology solutions.
  • Proposing improvements and innovations to optimize distribution processes, technology architecture, and operational efficiency.
  • Monitoring key KPIs such as ADR, RevPAR, channel mix, conversion, and distribution costs.
  • Preparing strategic reports and insights to support global management decision-making.
