Residential Construction Foreman

We are looking for a Site Manager with experience in residential construction to lead the execution of a housing development in Calpe. You will play a key role in the daily coordination of the site, ensuring compliance with deadlines, quality, and safety.

• Important new-build residential project.
• Emblematic project in the Calpe area.

• Supervise the daily execution of works on site.
• Coordinate in-house teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Plan and control production in coordination with the Project Management and the Site Manager.
• Guarantee compliance with established deadlines.
• Control the quality standards defined for the project.
• Ensure compliance with occupational risk prevention regulations.
• Verify setting out and the correct execution of the various work units.
• Manage the receipt of materials and control their correct implementation on site.
• Monitor the progress of the works and propose corrective actions when necessary.
• Coordinate the activities of the different companies involved.
• Report periodically on the status of the works and possible incidents.
• Participate in project coordination and monitoring meetings.
• Ensure compliance with technical specifications and client requirements.

The selected candidate must meet the following requirements:

• Previous experience as a Site Manager in residential building projects.
• Solid knowledge of construction processes, planning, and execution control.
• Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage subcontractors.
• Knowledge of quality, safety, and prevention regulations.
• Leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Results-oriented with a strong focus on achieving objectives.
• Residency in the province of Alicante or availability to work in the area.
