AI SW Engineer Specialized in Prompt Engineering Artificial Intelligence Engineer with experience in prompt design for language models. Deep knowledge of models such as: GPT, Claude, Gemini, Llama. Proficiency in advanced prompting techniques to automate complex tasks: Chain-of-thought prompting, Few-shot prompting, Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), Tool use / function calling, Prompt templating and iterative optimization, Prompt evaluation and benchmarking. Experience applying AI to automate or improve processes such as: Automatic code generation, Test case generation, Technical documentation generation, Requirements analysis, Automatic code review, Testing script generation. Knowledge of modern AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Orchestration of AI agents and tools, Design of specialized agents for specific development cycle tasks. Knowledge of frameworks such as: LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, CrewAI. Intermediate level GIT is required, intermediate level experience in Linux environments, and medium-high level software development with Python, with 2 to 3 years of experience being recommended. Experience in other programming languages such as C/C++, Java, or similar will also be valued. The primary required knowledge is Artificial Intelligence, especially Generative AI. Practical experience in Generative AI and NLP is sought, as well as experience using language models such as GPT, Claude, Gemini, LLaMA, or similar. Experience in prompt design and optimization and in Prompt Engineering techniques is also required, including Chain-of-Thought (CoT), Few-Shot Prompting, Zero-Shot Prompting, Self-Consistency, and Tree of Thoughts (ToT). Experience in building solutions based on LLMs is necessary. Experience in RAG architectures, API integration, MCP Tool Use, Function Calling, iterative evaluation and improvement of results, process automation through AI, and use of tools such as GitHub Copilot will be valued. Experience with frameworks such as LangLangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar will also be valuable. Ability to solve problems autonomously, analytical thinking, result orientation, experience working in technical environments with uncertainty, and ability to communicate technical concepts clearly. Candidates with knowledge in ATM will be especially valued.
