Electrical Network Project Execution and Management Controller

We are looking for an MV/LV Electrical Network Execution and Project Management Controller Mission: To provide direct support to project management in planning, monitoring, certification, documentation, material control, subcontracting, and reporting. Responsibilities: Analysis of the contract dashboard and monitoring of indicators. Planning and prioritization of the portfolio of ongoing and scheduled works. Control of execution deadlines, deviations, and certification and closing dates. Monitoring of "as built" documentation and contractual requirements. Resource management (onboarding/offboarding) and monitoring of materials and stocks. Inventory and waste control and preparation of monthly reports. Management of the subcontracting documentation circuit. Preparation of reports and support for meetings with the client.

Minimum requirements: Degree in Electrical Engineering or Vocational Training that provides significant experience in this regard. Minimum of 5 years of experience performing functions similar to this position. Knowledge of Project, Primavera, Excel, ERP management and main distributor platforms, reading blueprints, and MV/LV work units. Documentary control, materials and warehouses, waste, certification, and monitoring of penalties and bonuses. Desired requirements: Planning works, preparing closings, controlling certification deviations, matching material consumption with executed work, preparing periodic reports, and following up on documentary incidents. Keeping information up to date in client tools and coordinating with warehouse, operations, and administration. Experience in the management of subcontractors and resources.
