International Finance & Administration Manager

We are currently recruiting a Finance & Administration Manager for a growing international organisation operating within a specialised industrial and technology-driven environment in Madrid.

• Fluent English and experience in international business environments.
• Experience managing accounting, reporting and compliance activities.

• Manage the full accounting cycle, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, treasury and banking activities.
• Prepare monthly management accounts, budgets, forecasts and financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with tax, statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Manage cash flow and support treasury planning activities.
• Oversee inventory accounting, stock valuation and financial controls.
• Coordinate relationships with auditors, legal advisors, tax consultants and external stakeholders.
• Act as a business partner to senior management, providing financial analysis and decision-making support.
• Support ERP enhancements and process improvement initiatives.
• Assume responsibility for a range of administrative and operational activities.
• Participate in local and international business projects.

• Competitive salary package: 55.000€ - 60.000€ + Bonus.

A successful Finance Manager should have:

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business Administration.
• Minimum 8-10 years' experience within finance, accounting or financial control positions.
• Strong accounting and financial reporting knowledge.
• Previous experience in industrial, manufacturing, distribution or product-based environments.
• Experience managing month-end close, audits, tax compliance and budgeting processes.
• Strong understanding of inventory and cost management.
• Previous ERP experience.
• Fluent Spanish and English.
• Hands-on approach and ability to operate autonomously.
• Strong communication, organisational and stakeholder management skills.
