IT Program Manager Data Centers (on-site)

This Program Manager will be a key driver of how we grow and develop our management team in our data centers. Reporting directly to the Cluster Manager, you will work at the intersection of people and operations - ensuring that as we expand capacity, our workforce programs keep pace and our teams are set up for success.

• Own end-to-end delivery of people programs (onboarding, talent development, engagement) across the cluster.
• Develop and execute operations scaling programs that enable efficient growth as capacity expands.
• Partner with site leadership, HR, and cross-functional stakeholders to align program priorities with business objectives.
• Define program metrics, track progress, and report outcomes to senior leadership.
• Identify gaps in people processes and propose scalable solutions that maintain operational standards.
• Drive standardization and best-practice sharing across sites within the cluster.
• Manage program timelines, risks, and dependencies; escalate blockers proactively.
• Support change management efforts tied to new operational models or workforce initiatives.
