Are you passionate about integral project management and want to leave your mark at a leading company? In Carrefour's Asset Management department, we are looking for a Construction and Works Project Manager with talent, strategic vision, and leadership capacity to take our new spaces to the next level.

As a Construction and Works Project Manager, you will be the engine behind the materialization of our projects.

Your main challenges will be:

• Plan the execution phases of the different Projects necessary to obtain Licenses (Urban Planning, Access, Activities, and Works) before the various public administrations.
• Perform Feasibility Studies for the different Projects from Urban Planning, Constructive, Commercial, and Economic points of view in coordination with the Expansion and Development, Management Control, and Operations Management departments, in order to guarantee the success of the construction and its profitability.
• Select, negotiate, and contract technical teams and external collaborators to be able to carry out the construction with the best team and the lowest economic cost.
• Control and supervise the execution of the works in terms of budget, deadline, and quality (site meetings, economic monitoring, adaptation to the Company's new trends), in order to guarantee their correct development.
