The role

What you'll do

The successful candidate will join as a junior Production Manager (m/f) and will carry out the following duties:

Support to the Site Manager in the planning and execution of residential construction projects (high-rise blocks and single-family homes).
Monitoring of site schedules, controlling deadlines and identifying potential deviations.
Coordination of in-house staff and subcontractors on site, ensuring the proper development of the works.
Execution control:
- Setting out
- Quality checks
- Compliance with drawings and specifications
Preparation of measurements and control of work units.
Requesting quotes from suppliers and subcontractors, as well as preparing cost comparisons.
Support in cost control and monthly site closings.
Management of material orders, control of stockpiles and follow-up of supplies.
Support in the site documentation management (licenses, certifications, reports, etc.).
Supervision of compliance with health and safety regulations and site safety standards.

Who are we looking for (M/F/D)?

The successful candidate will join as a junior Production Manager (m/f) and must meet the following requirements:

Education: Degree in Technical Architecture / Building Engineering or similar.
1-3 years of experience on construction sites, ideally in: High-rise residential construction, Single-family homes / chalets
Knowledge of construction execution control and Planning and organization
Software skills: AutoCAD, Presto, Excel / Office
Valuable: Experience in residential development projects
Knowledge of construction processes in complete building projects
Essential: Driving licence
