Acciona, in its construction business line, is seeking to hire a Production Manager for a major airport project in Madrid-Barajas.

Mission:
Collaborate and support in the projects carried out by its business unit/department, according to the guidelines given by their supervisor, in order to improve with their work both the decision-making processes and the project execution processes.

They are responsible for the execution of construction contracts. They plan, optimize, and supervise the use of resources to ensure that construction works are executed within the deadline, with the specifications, and at the established cost. Among their most common functions are: Managing contracts and obtaining the required permits and licenses, preparing budget estimates, planning and setting the construction phases, supervising the activities of subcontractors and subordinate or labor personnel, verifying the progress achieved and the quality of work during all project phases, representing the company in relevant matters, etc.

The responsibilities will include:
- Coordination of works.
- Supervision of subcontractors.
- Cost control
- Planning, optimization, and supervision of resource utilization.
- Monitoring and control of the Project schedule in accordance with established specifications and costs.
- Managing contracts and obtaining the required permits and licenses.

-Engineer or Engineer - Architect - Technical Architect.

- Minimum experience of three years in similar on-site positions.

-A minimum of two years of experience in airport construction projects is required.

-Geographic mobility.
