Quantity Surveyor / Cost Controller - Industrial Project (Zaragoza)

Are you motivated to be part of a high-impact industrial project with international scope and long-term stability? We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor / Cost Controller MEP with experience in cost control for installations, who wants to take on a key role within a strong and growing technical team.

You will be the person responsible for ensuring the project's cost control in the installations area, ensuring that costs, measurements, and certifications are managed with precision and rigor. You will play a strategic role in decision-making, collaborating closely with Project Management, Procurement, and site teams.

• Prepare and keep the overall project budget up to date, valuing all work items.

• Prepare and analyze measurements of executed work, verifying their correspondence with drawings and specifications on site.

• Review and validate contractor work certifications, checking quantities, prices, and actual execution.

• Carry out cost monitoring and control, identifying deviations and proposing corrective actions.

• Prepare economic reports and financial forecasts for the Project Management team.

• Collaborate with Procurement and Supply in the evaluation of bids and selection of suppliers.

• Minimum 5 years in cost management and measurement in industrial construction projects.

• For second-line positions: minimum 3 years.

• Solid knowledge of measurement, budgeting, and price analysis.

• Advanced proficiency in management tools and spreadsheets.

• Experience with budgeting software: Presto.

• Familiarity with BIM environments.

• Titulación universitaria en Ingeniería, Arquitectura o similar.

• No es necesaria homologación para candidatos internacionales.

• Inglés intermedio-avanzado.

Serás la persona responsable de garantizar el control económico del proyecto en la parte de instalaciones, asegurando que los costes, mediciones y certificaciones se gestionen con precisión y rigor. Tendrás un papel estratégico en la toma de decisiones, colaborando estrechamente con Project Management, Compras y los equipos de obra.

• Elaborar y mantener actualizado el presupuesto general del proyecto, valorando todas las partidas de obra.

• Preparar y analizar mediciones de trabajos ejecutados, verificando su correspondencia con planos y especificaciones in situ.

• Revisar y validar certificaciones de obra de contratistas, comprobando precios, cantidades y ejecución real.

• Realizar el seguimiento y control de costes, identificando desviaciones y proponiendo acciones correctivas.

• Elaborar informes económicos y proyecciones financieras para el equipo de Project Management.

• Colaborar con Compras y Suministros en la evaluación de ofertas y selección de proveedores.

• Mínimo 5 años en gestión de costes y mediciones en proyectos de construcción industrial.

• Para posiciones de segunda línea: mínimo 3 años.

• Conocimientos sólidos en mediciones, presupuestos y análisis de precios.

• Manejo avanzado de herramientas de gestión y hojas de cálculo.

• Experiencia con software de presupuestos: Presto.

• Familiaridad con entornos BIM
