Quantity Surveyor / Cost Controller - Industrial Project (Zaragoza)

We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor / Cost Controller MEP with experience in cost control for installations, who wants to take on a key role within a strong and growing technical team.

Your mission

You will be the person responsible for ensuring the project's cost control in the installations area, ensuring that costs, measurements, and certifications are managed with precision and rigor. You will play a strategic role in decision-making, collaborating closely with Project Management, Procurement, and site teams.

Main responsibilities

  • Prepare and keep the overall project budget up to date, valuing all work items.

  • Prepare and analyze measurements of executed work, verifying their correspondence with drawings and specifications on site.

  • Review and validate contractor work certifications, checking quantities, prices, and actual execution.
