We are looking for a Shift Supervisor in Zafra to coordinate daily plant operations, guaranteeing safety, quality, and compliance with production plans. The position requires operational leadership, previous experience in industrial environments, and the ability to manage teams in a rotating shift pattern.

• Supervise and coordinate production operations during the assigned shift.
• Lead and manage the plant operator team.
• Guarantee compliance with operating procedures and safety standards.
• Ensure the correct functioning of production processes.
• Monitor the main production and performance indicators.
• Manage operational incidents and coordinate the necessary actions for their resolution.
• Perform shift handovers, ensuring adequate communication between teams.
• Coordinate with the maintenance, quality, and production departments.
• Participate in continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with occupational risk prevention regulations.
• Prepare and report the operational information corresponding to the shift.
• Supervise the efficient use of available resources.

• Previous experience as a Plant Operator in industrial environments.
