The role
As Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for controlling and ensuring the fulfillment of operational tasks during your shift, resolving incidents and guaranteeing the safe, efficient, and continuous operation of the plant.
What you'll do
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervise the global operation of the plant, guaranteeing safety, efficiency, and environmental respect.
Coordinate and distribute team tasks during the shift, optimizing resources and time.
Control processes, systems, and instruments according to the operating manuals.
Ensure the correct functioning of water, steam, boiler, turbine, and associated equipment systems.
Perform routine maintenance supervision, inspections, and safety checks.
Detect faults and coordinate their resolution, including urgent actions when necessary.
Record operational data and monitor performance indicators.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Act as a preventive resource when required.
Support operational functions when necessary (operation, maintenance, or biomass yard).
