This is a position with a strong operational character, where you will play a key role in team coordination, production monitoring, and resolving day-to-day incidents on the plant floor.

Rather than managing from an office, we are looking for a person with a presence on the plant floor and the ability to anticipate operational needs.

What you'll do

What will your day-to-day look like?

Your main responsibilities will include:

-Coordinate and organize the production team during the shift.

-Supervise compliance with production planning.

-Guarantee compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.

-Manage production, maintenance, and personnel organization incidents.

-Monitor operational and production indicators.

-Coordinate with the Production, Maintenance, Quality, and Logistics areas.

-Drive improvement proposals to optimize processes and results.

-Motivate, support, and develop the team to achieve established objectives.
