We are looking for a practical, responsible, and decisive person, accustomed to working autonomously in production environments. A professional with consolidated experience in sheet metal punching, blueprint reading, and quality control, capable of assuming the operational management of the machine from day one with minimal supervision, will be a particularly good fit.

Important: It is not necessary to provide experience in programming or nesting, as this function is performed internally. The focus of the position is centered on the preparation, operation, and efficient production of the punch press.

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience operating CNC punch presses autonomously.
• Solid knowledge in sheet metal processing.
• Ability to read technical drawings.
• Experience in deburring and finishing parts.
• Experienced profile, with the ability to work autonomously and assume responsibility for the machine.
• Consolidated professional career in productive industrial environments.

• Previous experience with Prima Power machinery is highly valued.
• Experience or basic knowledge of folding is valued.

We are looking for a CNC Punch Press Operator with experience in handling punching machinery to join an industrial company and be responsible for the management and operation of a Prima Power punch press. Stable position.

Main functions

• Daily handling and operation of a Prima Power CNC punch press.
• Loading and execution of programs previously prepared by the technical office.
• Preparation and assembly of punches according to production needs.
• Loading and handling of sheet metal.
• Verification of parts and quality control during the manufacturing process.
• Deburring and finishing of the produced parts.
• Interpretation of drawings and technical documentation.
• Occasional support in folding operations when the workload requires it.

• Full-time employment in an intensive morning shift throughout the year (7-15 hours), favoring personal and professional work-life balance.
