The role

We are looking for a Ship Unloading Operator - Port of Barcelona for the unloading of bulk cargo, responsible for handling raw materials using an overhead crane from the cabin. The person will ensure safe, precise, and efficient operations in a highly demanding port environment.

What you'll do

The Port Crane Operator will be responsible for:

Operating the port crane from the cabin using a joystick.
Unloading bulk cargo from ships into hoppers or conveyor systems.
Visual supervision of the operation to ensure precision and safety.
Coordination with dock teams and operations.
Controlling the flow of material during unloading.
Recording data and reporting incidents.
Compliance with safety regulations and occupational risk prevention (ORP).
Detecting anomalies and communicating with maintenance.

Who are we looking for (M/F/D)?

The ideal Port Crane Operator will have:

Technical training in mechanics, electricity, electronics, or electromechanics.
Valuable experience in port, industrial environments, or bulk cargo unloading.
Own vehicle is essential.
Availability to work rotating shifts (morning/afternoon/night).
Residence near the Port of Barcelona.
A responsible person with high concentration and a safety-oriented mindset.
