What we're looking for

Must-Haves:
- At least 2 years of previous experience in cruise terminals, ports, airports, the transport sector, logistics, facilities, or maintenance.
- Fluency in Spanish (native or bilingual level).
- Fluent working English (ability to maintain professional communication).
- Basic proficiency in Office and the ability to complete operational reports and checklists.
- Availability to join via a permanent seasonal contract.

Nice-to-Haves:
- Training related to the maritime sector, logistics, operations, maintenance, or hospitality.
- Knowledge of basic facility maintenance.
- Catalan language skills are valued.

The role

We are looking to hire a highly motivated Terminal Operator to join the operations team at our new infrastructure in Barcelona. The main objective of the position is to prepare for the opening and ensure safe, efficient, and smooth cruise operations at Terminal G.

You will actively participate in the launch of this new strategic project, collaborating closely with the Operations Manager, supervisors, onboard teams, suppliers, and external agents. We offer a permanent seasonal contract with an expected activity period of between nine and ten months per year, providing stability and the opportunity to develop yourself in a constantly growing sector.

What you'll do

- Execute assigned priorities and tasks to guarantee the daily operation of the cruise terminal.
- Perform periodic checks and inspections for the correct preparation of service areas and zones.
- Observe and supervise the activity of support services, including security control, baggage management, and transport.
- Monitor passenger routes and flows, optimizing transit in bus zones and baggage areas.
- Comply with and ensure compliance with risk prevention, port protection, and ISPS code regulations.
- Use operational control tools, completing reports and checklists with precision.
