What you'll do

  • Lead and coordinate initiatives and projects related to business processes, acting as a liaison between operational areas, business, and technology.
  • Gather, analyze, and document functional and business requirements, preparing Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and ensuring their proper implementation.
  • Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, facilitating decision-making, action tracking, and coordination among international teams.
  • Drive continuous process improvement, ensuring compliance with standards, procedures, and quality and audit requirements.
  • Collaborate with technology vendors and IT teams in the implementation of solutions and reporting and analysis tools (Power BI is a plus).
