Area Manager - Precast Industrialized Construction

We are looking for an Area Manager for Industrialized Precast to lead the evolution of our precast concrete division, currently with a traditional approach and significant growth potential. The mission of the role is to drive industrialization, digitalization, and the commercialization of new technical precast solutions, increasing production capacity, optimizing processes, and opening new business lines.

Business unit development.

• Define, lead, and implement the industrialization strategy for precast.
• Develop new solutions, identify opportunities, and expand the current precast product range, bringing capabilities to the company that are not currently being leveraged.
• Implement BIM tools, Lean methodologies, and process digitalization.
• Modernize structural calculation using advanced digital software.
• Participate in the automation of production processes and optimize industrial workflows.

Technical-commercial activity

• Active technical specification with architecture firms, engineering companies, and construction firms.
• Support clients in defining industrialized solutions and internally communicate market needs.

Project management

• Lead the implementation of new processes, machinery, and technologies.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with the technical office, production, and management.
• Ensure the correct technical and financial execution of projects related to the new division.

Internal management and leadership

• Internally represent the industrialized proposal and promote its adoption among current teams.

• Education: Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Structural Engineering, or similar.
• Previous experience in precast, industrialized construction, or structural calculation.
• Knowledge of industrialized production processes and automation.
• Experience in technical specification and dealing with architects, engineering firms, and construction companies.
• Expert proficiency in structural calculation software.
• Knowledge of BIM and Lean methodologies.

Buscamos un/a Responsable de Área de Prefabricados Industrializados para liderar la evolución de su división de hormigón prefabricado, actualmente con un enfoque tradicional y con gran margen de crecimiento. La misión del rol es impulsar la industrialización, la digitalización y la comercialización técnica de nuevas soluciones prefabricadas, incrementando la capacidad productiva, optimizando procesos y abriendo nuevas líneas de negocio.

• Desarrollo de negocio,industrialización, digitalización y prescripción técnica.
• Buscamos una persona para que lidere una nueva unidad de negocio estrategica.

Desarrollo de la unidad de negocio

• Definir, liderar e implantar la estrategia de industrialización del prefabricado.
• Desarrollo de nuevas soluciones, identificando oportunidades y ampliar la gama actual de prefabricados, trasladando a la empresa capacidades que hoy no se están explotando.
• Implementar herramientas BIM, metodologías Lean y digitalización de procesos.
• Modernizar el cálculo de estructuras mediante softwares digitales avanzados.
• Participar en la automatización de procesos productivos y optimización de flujos industriales

Actividad técnico-comercial

• Prescripción activa con estudios de arquitectura, ingenierías y constructoras.
• Acompañar al cliente en la definición de soluciones industrializadas y trasladar internamente las necesidades del mercado.

Gestión de proyectos

• Liderar la implantación de nuevos procesos, maquinaria y tecnologías.
• Coordinar transversalmente con oficina técnica, producción y dirección.
• Asegurar la correcta ejecución técnica y económica de los proyectos ligados a la nueva división.

Gestión interna y liderazgo

• Representar internamente la propuesta industrializada y fomentar su adopción entre los equipos actuales.

• Formación: Ingeniería Civil, Industrial, Caminos o similar.

• Conocimiento de procesos productivos industrializados y automatización.
• Experiencia en prescripción técnica y trato con arquitectos, ingenierías y constructoras.
• Manejo experto de software de cálculo estructural.
• Conocimiento de BIM y metodologías Lean.
• Visión clara de digitalización aplicada a construcción industrializada.
