We are looking for an Electrical Maintenance Manager with experience in the maintenance and manufacturing field to lead and supervise the electrical maintenance operations of the Rail Track. This key position requires advanced technical skills and the ability to manage work teams.
· Responsible for implementing electrical safety improvements in their area.
· Support the execution and monitoring of corrective and preventive electrical maintenance work in production facilities.
· Collaborate in improving the reliability and availability of equipment, analyzing recurring failures and proposing corrective actions.
· Participate in implementing safety improvements, ensuring compliance with safe work procedures in electrical activities (LV/MV).
· Provide support in planning and coordinating electrical maintenance shutdowns, both scheduled and extraordinary.
· Supervise and support work carried out by external companies, verifying quality, safety, and deadline compliance.
· Collaborate in defining, updating, and applying maintenance procedures and task analysis.
· Support the technical control of electrical spare parts and materials, ensuring their correct use and availability.
· Analyze technical incidents and propose improvements to equipment, electrical systems, automation, and instrumentation.
· Perform root cause failure analysis, applying various methodologies (RCA, A3, FMEA, Pareto analysis, etc.) to reduce recurring breakdowns and improve equipment reliability.
· Participate in improvement projects, electrical renovations, and modifications to facilities.
· Use maintenance management tools (CMMS / SAP PM) to track work orders and history.
· Perform the duties of the Electrical Maintenance Manager in their absence.
