The role

We are looking to hire an Electrical & Instrumentation Maintenance Manager to lead the technical area at one of our client's key industrial plants. In this high-responsibility position, you will be in charge of ensuring maximum availability and efficiency of the plant's electrical installations and control systems. Your work will be essential to guarantee operational continuity through strategic planning and the execution of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance plans. You will lead a specialized technical team, promoting the highest standards of workplace safety and technical quality. This is an ideal opportunity for a profile with strategic vision and management skills seeking to directly impact the efficiency of complex industrial processes within a sector with strong growth prospects.

What you'll do

- Define, supervise, and execute the preventive and corrective maintenance plan for electrical systems (HV/MV/LV) and instrumentation.
- Lead and coordinate the internal technical team and external subcontractors.
- Oversee the programming and maintenance of industrial control systems (DCS, PLC, SCADA).
- Manage the annual budget of the electrical maintenance department, optimizing spending and spare parts stock.
- Plan and direct plant shutdowns within your area of responsibility.
- Ensure strict compliance with industrial safety regulations and risk prevention procedures.
- Analyze recurring faults and breakdowns to implement technical improvements that increase asset reliability.
- Report key performance indicators (KPIs) to plant management.
