Requirements

What we're looking for

• Degree in Electronic Engineering and Industrial Automation or equivalent experience with programmable logic controllers, especially Siemens and TIA Portal.

• Minimum English level B2.

• Ability to interpret blueprints, a good mechanical foundation, and valuable complementary knowledge in SolidWorks, Python, or web programming.

• Residence close to the factory and a proactive profile, with initiative, orientation toward teamwork, and the judgment to ask for support when necessary.

The role

At Paul Marlex, we are collaborating with a leading industrial company located in the Murcia area to find a Maintenance Engineer who will take responsibility for the electrical and mechanical maintenance of the plant.

If you are passionate about industrial automation, want to lead a technical team, and are looking for a stable project where your judgment makes a difference in the day-to-day operations of the factory, this is your opportunity!

What you'll do

• Supervise and update the preventive maintenance plan, analyzing breakdowns and proposing improvements to prevent their repetition.

• Organize and coordinate the work of the maintenance team.

• Provide technical support for complex breakdowns, including the diagnosis and programming of PLCs and HMI screens.

• Collaborate with Purchasing in spare parts management and report directly to Factory Management.
