Maintenance Manager

At Paul Marlex, we are collaborating with a leading industrial company located in the Murcia area to find a Maintenance Engineer who will take responsibility for the electrical and mechanical maintenance of the plant.

•Supervise and update the preventive maintenance plan, analyzing breakdowns and proposing improvements to prevent their recurrence.

•Organize and coordinate the work of the maintenance team.

•Provide technical support for complex breakdowns, including diagnostics and programming of PLCs and HMI panels.

•Collaborate with the Purchasing department on spare parts management and report directly to Plant Management.

•Degree in Electronic Engineering and Industrial Automation, or equivalent experience with programmable logic controllers, especially Siemens and TIA Portal.

•Minimum B2 level of English.

•Ability to read blueprints, solid mechanical foundation, and additional knowledge in SolidWorks, Python, or web programming will be valued.

•Permanent position in a well-established industrial company.

Desde Paul Marlex estamos colaborando con una compañía industrial de referencia, ubicada en la zona de Murcia, en la búsqueda de un/a Ingeniero/a de Mantenimiento que asuma la responsabilidad del mantenimiento eléctrico y mecánico de la planta.

•Supervisar y actualizar el plan de mantenimiento preventivo, analizando averías y proponiendo mejoras para evitar su repetición.

•Organizar y coordinar el trabajo del equipo de mantenimiento.

•Dar soporte técnico en averías complejas, incluyendo el diagnóstico y la programación de autómatas y pantallas de visualización.

•Colaborar con Compras en la gestión de repuestos y reportar directamente a Dirección de Fábrica.

•Grado en Ingeniería Electrónica y Automatización Industrial o experiencia equivalente con autómatas programables, especialmente Siemens y TIA Portal.

•Nivel de inglés mínimo B2.

•Capacidad para interpretar planos, buena base mecánica y conocimientos complementarios valorables en SolidWorks, Python o programación web.

•Incorporación estable en una empresa industrial consolidada.
