The role

Solaria Energía y Medio Ambiente, a leading company in the development and generation of renewable energy, storage, and infrastructure in Southern Europe, maintains a firm commitment to decarbonization and the energy transition through a model based on clean energies and sustainable infrastructure.

Since our beginnings in 2002, we have experienced a constant evolution that has led us from being a manufacturer of photovoltaic panels to becoming one of Europe's main renewable energy producers and a developer of critical infrastructure and data centers, listed on the Spanish Stock Exchange since 2007 and part of the IBEX 35 since 2020.

Within the framework of our growth and the expansion of our asset portfolio, we are looking to hire 6 Operation and Maintenance Technicians (photovoltaic projects) to manage the plants located in the province of Burgos (Briviesca and La Vid de Bureba) and perform the following functions:

  • Daily corrective and preventive maintenance: Diagnosis and repair of faults in strings, inverters, communications, or protections; replacement of components and management of critical spare parts.

  • Document management and reporting: Recording of maintenance activities, preparation of technical reports, analysis of KPIs (PR, availability, energy losses) and support in audits.

  • Coordination with internal and external teams: Communication with the control center, contractors, engineering firms, and other departments (Operations, SCADA, Construction) for maneuvers, shutdowns, reconnections, and specialized work.
