Health and Safety Manager

Do you have experience leading occupational health and safety and environmental management in the industrial sector? At PRINTA we are looking for a proactive and strategically-minded Health and Safety and Environmental Manager. Reporting directly to Management, your main responsibilities will be:

System Management: Lead, coordinate and improve management systems under ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards.

Legal Compliance and Assessment: Ensure regulatory compliance in Health and Safety and the Environment, and identify, assess and control risks in facilities and production processes.

Operational Management: Supervise the proper management of waste (hazardous and non-hazardous), chemicals and emissions.

Safety and Health: Coordinate accident investigations, manage the Coordination of Business Activities (CAE) and keep emergency plans up to date.

Sustainability: Drive circular economy projects, energy efficiency (ISO 50001) and carbon footprint calculation and reduction.

Training: University degree (Biology, Chemistry, Environmental Sciences) and Master's in Health and Safety with the 3 specializations.

Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in Health and Safety and Environmental Management positions in industry.

Languages: English B2 or higher.

Strategic position with direct reporting to the company's Management.

Opportunity to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage organizational change.

Direct participation in the definition and monitoring of the company's environmental and sustainability strategy.

Reportando directamente a Gerencia, tus responsabilidades principales serán:

Gestión de Sistemas: Liderar, coordinar y mejorar los sistemas de gestión bajo las normas ISO 45001 e ISO 14001.

Cumplimiento legal y Evaluación: Garantizar el cumplimiento normativo en PRL y Medio Ambiente, e identificar, evaluar y controlar los riesgos en instalaciones y procesos productivos.

Gestión operativa: Supervisar la correcta gestión de residuos (peligrosos y no peligrosos), productos químicos y emisiones.

Seguridad y Salud: Coordinar la investigación de accidentes, gestionar la Coordinación de Actividades Empresariales (CAE) y mantener actualizados los planes de emergencia.

Sostenibilidad: Impulsar proyectos de economía circular, eficiencia energética (ISO 50001) y cálculo y reducción de la huella de carbono.

Formación: Titulación universitaria (Biología, Química, CC. Ambientales) y Máster en PRL con las 3 especialidades.

Experiencia: Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en puestos de responsabilidad PRL-MA en industria.

Idiomas: Inglés B2 o superior.

Posición estratégica con reporte directo a la Gerencia de la compañía.

Oportunidad de liderar equipos multidisciplinares y gestionar el cambio organizativo.

Participación directa en la definición y seguimiento de la estrategia ambiental y de sostenibilidad de la empresa.
