Main duties

• Issuing and recording invoices for clients and suppliers.
• Collection follow-up and payment management.
• Bank reconciliations.
• Support in booking basic accounting entries.
• Updating and maintaining financial information in ERP.
• Support in monthly closings and financial reporting.
• Document management and general financial administrative filing.
• Support to the finance team in general operational and administrative tasks.

Requirements

• Education in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or similar.
• At least 1 year of experience in financial or accounting administrative positions.
• Previous experience performing tasks such as:
  
  • invoicing,
  • collections and payments,
  • bank reconciliations,
  • accounting support.
• Very high level of English (daily professional use).
• Strong Excel skills and experience with ERP is valued.
• Organized profile, proactive, and eager to learn and grow professionally.

Funciones principales

• Emisión y registro de facturas de clientes y proveedores.
• Seguimiento de cobros y gestión de pagos.
• Conciliaciones bancarias.
• Soporte en contabilización de asientos contables básicos.
• Actualización y mantenimiento de información financiera en ERP.
• Apoyo en cierres mensuales y reporting financiero.
• Gestión documental y archivo administrativo financiero.
• Soporte al equipo financiero en tareas operativas y administrativas generales.

Requisitos

• Formación en ADE, Finanzas, Contabilidad, Economía o similar.
• Al menos 1 año de experiencia en posiciones financieras o administrativas contables.
• Experiencia previa realizando tareas de:
  
  • facturación,
  • cobros y pagos,
  • conciliaciones bancarias,
  • soporte contable.
• Nivel de inglés muy alto (uso diario profesional).
• Buen manejo de Excel y valorable experiencia con ERP.
• Perfil organizado, proactivo y con ganas de aprender y crecer profesionalmente.
