Senior PRL Technician - Industrial Safety

Leading company in the agri-food sector, specialized in the production and processing of vegetable proteins and soy-derived ingredients, with a focus on sustainability and food innovation, is looking to bring on a Senior PRL Technician who will be highly focused on the field of Industrial Safety.

• Prepare, review, and sign PRL documentation (risk assessments, safety plans, procedures, etc.).
   
• Identify, evaluate, and control workplace risks, with a special focus on industrial risks.
   
• Implement and monitor preventive and corrective measures on site.
   
• Conduct safety inspections and internal audits.
   
• Investigate incidents and accidents, carrying out root cause analyses.
   
• Promote a safety culture among operational teams.
   
• Coordinate business activities (CAE) with contractors and suppliers.
   
• Ensure compliance with current legislation on PRL.
   
• Collaborate with different departments to integrate prevention into production processes.
   

• Permanent contract
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM

• Master's Degree in Workplace Risk Prevention: 3 specialties or at least the industrial safety specialty.
• Certification as a Senior PRL Technician.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in industrial or production environments.
• Knowledge of industrial safety regulations.
• Self-sufficient profile, with the ability to communicate effectively on site and a focus on active prevention.

• Elaborar, revisar y firmar la documentación de PRL (evaluaciones de riesgos, planes de seguridad, procedimientos, etc.).
   
• Identificar, evaluar y controlar los riesgos laborales, con especial foco en riesgos industriales.
   
• Implantar y hacer seguimiento de medidas preventivas y correctivas en planta.
   
• Realizar inspecciones de seguridad y auditorías internas.
   
• Investigar incidentes y accidentes, llevando a cabo análisis de causa raíz.
   
• Promover la cultura de seguridad entre los equipos operativos.
   
• Coordinar actividades empresariales (CAE) con contratas y proveedores.
   
• Asegurar el cumplimiento de la legislación vigente en materia de PRL.
   
• Colaborar con los diferentes departamentos para integrar la prevención en los procesos productivos.
   

• Contrato indefinido
• Horario: Lunes a viernes 7:30h a 16:30h

• Conocimiento de normativa en materia de seguridad industrial.
• Perfil autónomo, con capacidad de interlocución en planta y orientación a la prevención activa.
