The role

We are looking for an ORP Technician for Construction Sites to join a consolidated and rapidly expanding construction company, participating in highly relevant building and civil engineering projects. The selected person will be responsible for ensuring compliance with prevention and safety policies on-site, collaborating closely with technical and production teams.

What you'll do

  • Supervise compliance with Occupational Risk Prevention regulations at assigned construction sites.
  • Conduct periodic site visits to identify, evaluate, and correct potential risks.
  • Prepare reports, risk assessments, and prevention documentation.
  • Coordinate preventive actions with site managers, foremen, subcontractors, and prevention services.
  • Deliver safety training and instructions to both internal and external personnel.

Who are we looking for (M/F/D)?

We are looking for a person with a vocation for prevention, communication skills, and a presence on-site, who wants to develop professionally in a leading construction company in the sector.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an ORP Technician in construction projects, in both building and civil engineering.
  • Minimum training as an Intermediate Technician in Occupational Risk Prevention (300 hours).
  • We will especially value having training as a Higher Technician in ORP (600 hours).
  • It is highly valued to have specialties in Industrial Hygiene and/or Ergonomics and Applied Psychosociology.
  • Technical training linked to the construction sector will be valued (Technical Architecture, Engineering, CFGS, or similar).
  • Knowledge of current regulations regarding health and safety in construction works.
  • Driver's license and availability to travel to sites in Barcelona and Girona.
  • Proactive, organized profile, with the ability to work autonomously and good communication skills with site teams.
