We are looking for a Store Specialist to join our team in Barcelona - Olérdola and help us create great shopping experiences for our customers and their furry companions. This is a permanent position of 24 hours per week, so it's perfect if you're looking for a dynamic and energetic challenge!

At Miscota, we don't just sell products—we create a universe for pets! As a Store Specialist, you will be a key pillar in our daily operations. Your missions will include:

• Top-notch customer service: You will be the smiling face of Miscota! You will greet, advise, and help our customers find everything they need for their pets, from the tastiest food to the most fun toy.
• Product expertise: You will get to know our range of pet products inside out (food, accessories, hygiene, etc.) and be able to recommend the best options based on each little animal's needs.
• Store management: You will help with organizing and restocking, ensuring the store looks impeccable and all products are ready to be discovered.
• Cash register and transactions: You will handle the cash register with agility and precision, ensuring every sale is a smooth experience.
• Visual Merchandising: You will contribute to making our store an attractive and easy-to-navigate place, presenting products in a creative and eye-catching way.
• Maintenance and cleanliness: You will help keep a clean and tidy environment, because the comfort of our customers and their pets is paramount.
• Issue resolution 💡: We know unexpected situations can arise! You will be prepared to solve any questions or problems that come up, always with a positive attitude.

• Previous experience: We value your experience! We are looking for someone with at least 1 year of experience in similar roles within the retail sector—the more, the better!
