Requirements
What we're looking for
- Minimum experience of 3 to 4 years as a CNC machinery operator.
- Experience working at the machine.
- Knowledge of reading technical blueprints.
- Knowledge of machining and production processes.
- Ability to work autonomously, in an organized and decisive manner.
Nice to have
- Previous experience in wood machining or industrial carpentry is valued.
- It is not necessary to perform programming from scratch, although experience modifying parameters and production adjustments will be valued.

The role
At Marlex People, we are collaborating with an innovative industrial company specializing in the design and manufacture of self-sufficient modular homes, which combines technology, sustainability, and advanced production processes to offer high-quality construction solutions.
We are currently looking to hire a CNC Wood Operator with experience in machining centers to join their production team.
What you'll do
You will be responsible for handling CNC machinery for the machining of wood parts intended for the manufacture of the various elements that make up the modular homes, ensuring the established quality and precision standards.
- Handling and operation of a CNC machining center for wood.
- Loading and executing programs previously developed by the technical department.
- Preparation of machine, tools, and materials for production.
- Cutting and machining of parts according to blueprints and technical specifications.
- Changing and adjusting tools when necessary.
- Dimensional control and quality verification of the manufactured parts.
- Resolution of basic machining issues and optimization of the production process.
- Participation in assembly tasks of construction elements within the workshop.
- Basic maintenance and cleaning of machinery.
- Compliance with established quality and safety standards.
How you'll work
- Full-time schedule from Monday to Friday.
- Schedule from 7:30h to 16:30h, with one hour for lunch.
Machinery and software
The selected person will work mainly with:
- CNC Machining Center SCM TECH Z27.
- 4-axis machine.
- Automatic tool changer.
- Barcode reading system.
- Software Xilog Plus.
