Requirements: What are we looking for?

We want to hire Electrician Skilled Tradespeople with real field experience who seek stability and a solid long-term project.

Demonstrable experience: Minimum 2-3 years in Electric Vehicle Charging Point (IRVE) installations or electrical power infrastructure projects with associated IRVE/photovoltaics.
Vocational Training: Intermediate or Higher Degree related to Electricity, Electronics, Electromechanics, Automation, or Mechatronics.
Regulations and Prevention
Knowledge of the REBT (especially ITC-BT-52).
Current Metal sector OSH: Minimum 20h specific to Electricity / Maintenance or 60h Preventive Resource.
Certified training/license for Working at Heights and Electrical Risk.
B driving license and essential ability to work autonomously and responsibly.

Nice to have

Valuable: Authorized LV Installer license and experience in Transformation Centers / Medium Voltage or hybridization/BESS.

Electrician Technician Specialist in Electric Mobility and Charging Points (IRVE)

At ConfiARTE we are selecting Senior Electrician Technicians and Installers specialized in Electric Mobility to join a leading company in the infrastructure and energy sector, within an important national project in the midst of deploying electric vehicle charging points.

We are looking for professionals with consolidated practical experience in electricity and charging installations (IRVE) who want to join a stable, long-term project, with excellent technical resources and remuneration conditions commensurate with their value.

What you'll do

You will be part of the teams responsible for the deployment of new electric vehicle charging infrastructures (both in AC as well as in DC / Fast and Ultra-fast Charging), mainly performing:

Integral installation and assembly of charging points: From AC chargers (7.4 kW - 22 kW) to fast/ultra-fast DC charging stations (50 kW - 350 kW+).
Execution of low voltage installations: Laying and connecting power cables, conduits, and adapting service connections.
Assembly of panels and protections: Assembly, connection, and verification of electrical distribution panels and associated protections.
Communications and parameterization: Configuration of communications (Ethernet, 4G, SIM) and integration via OCPP protocol (modems, RFID readers, dynamic balancers).
Commissioning and testing: Electrical checks, phase sequences, trip tests, protection verification, and final commissioning.
Maintenance and diagnosis: Resolution of technical incidents and preventive/corrective maintenance.
Safety and Quality: Rigorous compliance with established quality procedures and OSH regulations.
