What we're looking for
· University degree or higher-level vocational training qualification (Agricultural Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Food Science and Technology).
· Fluent Spanish and fluent English required.
· Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Education & certifications
University degree or higher-level vocational training qualification in any branch of Engineering.
English level B2/C1.
Valuable specialization/experience in Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, Industrial Organization.

The role
As a Continuous Improvement Trainee, you will participate in various efficiency and waste reduction improvement projects on the assigned production line using TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) methodology. You will gain first-hand knowledge of core pillar processes such as Progressive Maintenance, Autonomous Maintenance, and Focused Improvement.
What you'll do
· Observe, analyze, and challenge the practices and processes used in the plant.
· Monitor KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), identify root causes of deviations, and propose corrective actions.
· Train and support plant personnel so they understand and implement TPM methodology tools.
· Participate in the process of selecting Improvement Ideas (Kaizen) and support their implementation.

In Spain, we have 4 production centers: Granollers (Biscuits), Vallès (Biscuits), Viana (Biscuits), and Hospital de Órbigo (Chewing Gum). This position is based at the Viana plant. Oreo, Fontaneda, Chips Ahoy, and Príncipe are some of the products we manufacture and distribute both in Spain and across Europe.
