The agentic AI ecosystem is evolving at a speed that few organizations can keep up with. We are one of them — and we are looking for someone who wants to grow with us on that frontier.

We are the TICS team at Mondragon Goi Eskola Politeknikoa (Faculty of Engineering, AI Area, Mondragon Unibertsitatea), and our position is unique: we are within a university with strong ties to the Basque business fabric, which allows us to combine access to cutting-edge knowledge with real, immediate application in business. We do not do research in silos. What we learn, we put into practice with companies in the Basque Country.

What will you do in this role?

Your mission will be to learn, experiment, and transfer. Specifically:

Support companies in their transition from conversational AI toward more autonomous, agentic, and multi-agent systems — explaining, prototyping, demonstrating.

Deliver technical and applied training (from executive profiles to development teams), always adapting the level to the audience.

Build demos and functional prototypes with tools from the generative and agentic AI ecosystem that help companies visualize what is possible.

Stay on the frontier: what you learn this week, you apply the next.

Requirements

What we need from you

We are not looking for someone who already masters agentic AI — that profile practically does not exist yet. We are looking for someone with a real technical foundation in generative AI, who understands the ecosystem, has worked with real models and tools, and wants to make the leap toward agentic AI with the support of an environment that allows it: access to frontier knowledge, real projects with companies, and a team that is already on that path.

If you are passionate about this field and want to go deeper into agents, complex automations, and multi-agent systems, this is your place. Here you are not arriving late — you are arriving at just the right time.

Essential:

Practical command of generative AI tools: LLMs, advanced prompting, RAG, automations, MCPs, assistant building, …

Active curiosity about the agentic ecosystem — even if it is still in the exploration phase.

Real experience dealing with companies: client meetings, needs identification, adapting proposals.

Driver's license and own vehicle (our clients are mostly in the Basque Country).

Availability for immediate or near-term start.

Basque language proficiency (can be a real differentiator among similar candidates).

Previous experience in training or supporting teams.

¿Qué harás en este puesto?

Tu misión será aprender, experimentar y transferir. Concretamente:

Acompañar a empresas en su transición desde la IA conversacional hacia sistemas más autónomos, agénticos y multiagente — explicando, prototipando, mostrando.

Impartir formaciones técnicas y aplicadas (desde perfiles directivos hasta equipos de desarrollo), adaptando siempre el nivel al interlocutor.

Construir demos y prototipos funcionales con herramientas del ecosistema de IA generativa y agéntica que ayuden a las empresas a visualizar lo que es posible.

Mantenerte en la frontera: lo que aprendes esta semana, lo aplicas la siguiente.

Requisitos

Lo que necesitamos de ti

No buscamos a alguien que ya domine la IA agéntica — ese perfil prácticamente no existe todavía. Buscamos a alguien con base técnica real en IA generativa, que entienda el ecosistema, haya tocado modelos y herramientas de verdad, y que quiera dar el salto hacia la IA agéntica de la mano de un entorno que se lo permite: acceso a conocimiento de frontera, proyectos reales con empresa y un equipo que ya está en ese camino.

Si te apasiona este campo y quieres profundizar en agentes, automatizaciones complejas y sistemas multiagente, este es tu sitio. Aquí no llegas tarde — llegas en el momento justo.

Imprescindible:

Dominio práctico de herramientas de IA generativa: LLMs, prompting avanzado, RAG, automatizaciones, MCPs, construcción de asistentes, …

Curiosidad activa por el ecosistema agéntico — aunque sea en fase de exploración.

Experiencia de interlocución real con empresa: reuniones de cliente, detección de necesidades, adaptación de propuestas.

Carné de conducir y vehículo propio (nuestrosclientes están en su mayoría en Euskadi).

Disponibilidad de incorporación inmediata o en breve.

Se valora:

Dominio del Euskera (puede ser diferenciador real entre candidatos similares).

Experiencia previa en formación o acompañamiento a equipos.
