What you'll do

Reporting to the department manager, you will be responsible for performing the administrative functions of the workshop area, managing documentation, and maintaining contact with customers.

Ensure the maintenance of the workshop administration.
Contact workshop customers, taking charge of achieving maximum satisfaction.
Answer the phone and provide appointments to customers, controlling the vehicle check-in and delivery schedule.
Review and close repair orders.
Execute maintenance contracts.
Daily cash accounting.

We need you to have:

Vocational Training (CFGM) in Administration or similar.
2-3 years of experience in similar functions, preferably in the automotive aftersales sector.
Good communication and management skills are essential. Good interpersonal skills and organization at work.
