Requirements

What we're looking for

Demonstrable experience in the sector.
Good communication and management skills are essential. Clear customer orientation and organizational capacity.
Residence in the Vallès Occidental area.

Nice to have

Vocational training (CFGS) in Automotive, Electromechanics or similar is valued.

We are a Volkswagen original spare parts point, integrated into the Moventia Group, an important Business Group dedicated to offering global transport solutions to people and institutions, and we need to incorporate for our facilities in Terrassa,

Reporting to the manager, you will be responsible for attending to the needs of external customers (workshops, dealerships...), ensuring correct provisioning, with the objective of satisfying their needs.

What you'll do

You will be responsible for visiting customers and offering products by providing personalized advice and attention.
You will handle calls from our customers, complying with quality standards.
You will consult orders in the electronic catalogue.
You will perform the entry into the computer system for invoicing and accounting.
You will perform customer follow-up (workshops, dealerships...).
You will manage claims for undelivered or defective material.
