Delivery Driver

To fit the profile, we require:

• Documentation: A valid Spanish driving license (Class B), with a minimum of 9 to 10 months since it was issued. In the case of foreign licenses, they must be properly recognized/validated in Spain (for validated licenses, no minimum time is required).
• Residence: It is essential to reside in El Prat de Llobregat or in neighboring towns to ensure proximity to the logistics base and compliance with schedules.
• Experience: No prior delivery experience is required, although previous work as a driver will be positively valued.
• Languages: Fluent command of the language to ensure proper communication and customer service.

• Contract: Initial contract of 2 months with real possibilities of renewal and transition to the company's permanent staff.
• Salary: 9.85 euros gross per hour. Weekends are paid at the same base rate, and an additional bonus of 40 euros is included for each holiday worked.
• Shift options: Flexibility to choose between Full-Time (40 hours per week) or Part-Time (20 hours per week, 4 hours per day).
• Availability: Flexibility required from Monday to Sunday. Rotating schedules and days off are communicated on a weekly basis with one week's notice.
• Full-Time Shifts: Availability for morning shifts (starting between 07:00 and 08:00) or afternoon shifts (starting between 13:00 and 14:00).
• Part-Time Shifts: Fixed morning shift (4 hours within the 07:00 to 15:00 window) or fixed afternoon shift (4 hours within the 13:00-14:00 to 22:00 window).
• Equipment: The company provides all necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) (safety boots and vest).

In your day-to-day role, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

Driving a medium-sized van for goods distribution.

Delivering parcels to the platform's main clients in different geographical areas of Barcelona and its surroundings.

Loading, organizing the assigned route, and delivering orders while ensuring the company's quality and punctuality standards.
