Reporting to the area manager, you will be responsible for managing reservations for Transfer services (mainly between the airport and hotels). There is a high workload concentrated in the summer (between the months of April and October), which is then balanced with the rest of the year.
· Handling reservations/customer requests, whether via telephone, web, e-mail and/or any other channel.
· Providing administrative support in the commercial management of clients, generating quotes, proposals, reservation management, and all necessary documentation.
· Generating sales and results reports as requested.
· Maintaining fluid communication with traffic control to provide a rapid response to incidents that may occur before, during, and after the service (schedule changes requested by the client, special needs, complaints...) as well as coordination with colleagues from other departments.
· Client contact and loyalty, as well as occasional visits to clients, monitoring client accounts, and regular communication.
