At Moventis Costa, a company integrated into Moventia, we need to hire for our base in Malgrat de Mar

Traffic Controller

Reporting to the traffic manager, you will be responsible for managing drivers and services, to optimize operations and provide quality service.

What you'll do

· Assistance to drivers
· Delivery and collection of keys and fuel cards
· Informing and explaining the services to be carried out to drivers
· Monitoring the execution of services (Traffic Control)
· Recording service modifications in the computer system
· Coordinating and planning fleet and driver movements
· Booking hotels and flights for drivers when necessary
· Telephone assistance to drivers and customers regarding services in progress
· Resolving incidents
· Reviewing and preparing the services to be carried out the following day

What we would like you to bring:

· Decisive and dynamic person
· Teamwork skills
· Accustomed to working under time pressure with agility.
· Outgoing personality and people skills (we work with a team of 240 drivers).
· User-level computer skills. Intermediate knowledge of Excel.
· Availability to work from Wednesday to Sunday from 8 p.m. to 4 a.m.
· Availability for a biweekly on-call shift on weekends from 11 a.m. with a 1-hour break for lunch (10 hours)
