Warehouse Shift Supervisor

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience coordinating teams in logistics warehouses or similar environments.
• Knowledge of logistics processes, warehouse management, and picking operations.
• Experience working with warehouse management tools (WMS).
• Proficiency in office tools, especially Excel.
• Ability to lead teams, organize tasks, and manage priorities.
• Problem-solving profile, oriented towards results and continuous improvement.

• Training related to logistics, warehousing, or operations management is valued.
• A valid forklift license and experience in handling logistics machinery are valued.

At Marlex People, we are collaborating with a leading company committed to the circular economy within the automotive sector, to hire a Warehouse Shift Supervisor for their workplace located in the Rubí area.

• Coordinate and supervise daily warehouse operations during the assigned shift.
• Coordinate a team of approximately 50 workers.
• Ensure the correct reception, placement, preparation, and dispatch of goods.
• Organize and distribute team tasks, ensuring efficient management of available resources.
• Monitor productivity, quality, and lead time KPIs, ensuring compliance with established objectives.
• Supervise team performance and identify possible operational deviations.
• Manage incidents related to returns, receptions, and logistics operations, proposing corrective actions.
• Coordinate with other departments to guarantee the continuity and efficiency of processes.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Promote continuous improvements in logistics processes and in the use of warehouse management tools (WMS).
• Guarantee inventory reliability and the correct recording of movements in the system.

• Rotating schedule, generally morning and afternoon shifts.
