The role

MTorres, an industrial group skilled in advanced technologies for the development of novel solutions in the automation of high-complexity industrial processes, requires, for its QUALITY area at its Fuente Álamo Center, a person to fill the position of Quality Engineer.

What you'll do

Monitoring and completing project requirement matrices and verifying their compliance during execution (gates review) by the various areas (Engineering, assembly, applications)
Review of test results according to verification protocols (PAT and FAT), assembly processes and checklists. Reporting the status of the project quality plan to the EDP
Collaborating with the EDP in the closing of open points and the preparation of documentation for the client (when required)
Generating and maintaining updated, together with the engineering areas, the product and client knowledge base regarding all matters related to compliance. Initial analysis of customer complaints for the Business and assigned client and decision on subsequent management
Leadership in the resolution of complaints by the areas involved in each case (SPV, Engineering, Assembly, Purchasing, Logistics, SOP). Coordination with Sales for the response to the client
Evaluation of the need to identify the root cause and apply corrective actions. Management of applicable 8D reports
Focal point function in quality matters for assigned clients (audits, inquiries, etc.)
