As an Optical Assistant, you will be part of the establishment's day-to-day operations and will be an important piece in ensuring our customers receive close, professional, and personalized attention.

In your day-to-day:

• You will attend to and accompany our customers, understanding their needs and offering a close and personalized experience.

• You will provide advice on frames, prescription glasses, sunglasses, and optical products, always with the support and expertise of the team.

• You will support the organization and smooth running of the store.

• You will handle the receipt, organization, and restocking of merchandise.

• You will collaborate on managing appointments and other day-to-day administrative tasks.

• You will take care of the image, order, and organization of the commercial space.

• You will work alongside a team that shares knowledge, experience, and goals.

As an Audioprothetist, you will be a key figure in supporting our patients. You will have the opportunity to put your knowledge into practice, contribute your professional judgment, and help each person find the hearing solution that best suits their needs.

In your day-to-day:

• You will perform hearing evaluations and tests to understand the needs of each patient.

• You will provide personalized advice on hearing aids and hearing solutions, always seeking the most suitable option for each person.

• You will perform the fitting, programming, and follow-up of hearing devices.

• You will accompany your patients throughout the entire process, building a relationship based on trust and closeness.

• You will perform the necessary follow-up to guarantee a good adaptation and experience with the hearing solution.

• You will work alongside a team that shares knowledge, experience, and goals.

• Previous experience in retail or sales, although experience in an optical store is not required.

• A service vocation and ease in dealing with people.

• A positive attitude, initiative, and a desire to learn.
