Requirements

What we're looking for

We are looking for a hands-on profile, with 3-5 years of practical experience in implementation, support, and functional evolution of the ERP.

The person will work in direct contact with business users and will participate actively in continuous improvement and system optimization projects.

  • Implementation and/or functional support of Business Central.

  • Working in production environments with end users.

  • Functional consulting or client support (valuable).

Nice to have

  • Experience with low-code / no-code tools from the Microsoft ecosystem.

  • Process automation and flow design.

  • Integration with other systems.

The role

As part of our technological evolution, we are looking to hire a Technical Functional Consultant for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to reinforce our systems team.

Technical-operational position oriented towards functional analysis, configuration, and support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

What you'll do

  • Participation in implementation and/or migration projects of Business Central.

  • Functional analysis and requirements definition.

  • System parameterization and configuration.

  • Functional support and incident resolution in a production environment.

  • Liaison with key users (finance, operations, logistics).

  • Identification of opportunities for improvement and process optimization.

Functional mastery of modules

  • Finance (GL, AR, AP)

  • Purchasing

  • Sales

  • Inventory Management

Technical skills

  • Process analysis and translation into optimal ERP configurations.

  • Knowledge of standard flows and Business Central best practices.

  • Cross-functional understanding of the impact between modules.
