We are looking for someone who lives on TikTok, Instagram and YouTube, knows what makes a video hook viewers in the first few seconds, and enjoys editing until every detail works.

We are not just looking for someone who uses CapCut. We are looking for a good eye.

• Edit videos for TikTok, Instagram and YouTube Shorts.

• Create organic content that people want to watch.

• Adapt creatives for Meta and TikTok campaigns.

• Test hooks, trends and new formats.

• Learn how content drives sales in eCommerce.

• Training in AI and tools such as Claude.

• Real projects from day one.

• Flexible schedule (part-time or full-time according to the collective agreement).

• Mentoring and ongoing training.

• Is studying Marketing, Advertising, Communications or a related field.

• Masters CapCut.

• Has visual judgment and a good editing rhythm.

• Consumes a lot of content on social media and understands trends.

• Provides a portfolio or video examples.

Nice to have: experience creating content, knowledge of Canva, Photoshop or Premiere, and a good level of English.

• Tenga criterio visual y buen ritmo de edición.

• Consuma mucho contenido en redes y entienda las tendencias.

• Aporte un portfolio o ejemplos de vídeos.

Se valorará: experiencia creando contenido, conocimientos de Canva, Photoshop o Premiere y buen nivel de inglés.
