Degree in Audiovisual Communication, Marketing, Advertising, Journalism, or related fields.
Previous experience in content creation and social media management.

The role

At Universidad Nebrija, we are looking to hire an Audiovisual Technician and Community Manager to join the Marketing and Communication area.

What you'll do

Creation, recording, and editing of audiovisual content for social media.
Management and engagement of corporate profiles on TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
Development and implementation of content calendars aligned with the communication and marketing strategy.
Coverage of institutional, academic, and student events.
Identification of trends and innovative formats to increase community reach and interaction.
Interaction with students, professors, alumni, and the rest of the educational community to foster participation.
Monitoring and analysis of metrics: reach, engagement, community growth, views, clicks, conversions, and other key indicators.
Preparation of periodic reports with proposals for improvement and optimization.
Coordination with the Marketing, Communication, and Admissions teams to develop digital campaigns.
