We are looking for a Clinical Nutrition Sales Representative to drive sustainable sales growth and the adoption of Nestlé Health Science's clinical nutrition solutions within their area of responsibility.
The person will be responsible for strategically managing healthcare professionals, hospitals, and other care centers, executing the commercial actions defined in the national plan and approved promotional plans.
Their objective will be to achieve sales and customer satisfaction results, optimizing available resources and always acting in accordance with corporate policies and current legislation.

Commercial management and territory development

• Commercial negotiation: lead negotiations with customers to achieve sales and profitability commitments, including tenders, offers, negotiated procedures, and sales associated with centers in the area.
• Management of offers and incidents: perform renewal, updates, and monitoring in the enabled systems, managing incidents linked to offers and centers under their responsibility.
• Resource optimization: manage budgets, actions, activities, materials, and samples responsibly, maximizing their profitability and ensuring corresponding reporting.
Operational excellence, training, and compliance
• Tools and reporting: record and analyze activity in Salesforce, Veeva, Power BI, and other assigned tools, performing daily reports and indicator monitoring.
• Continuous training: participate actively in training programs to maintain exhaustive knowledge of products, market, services, tools, and procedures, and complete mandatory training and the corresponding Onboarding.
